ShareTable

Deleting your ShareTable account will permanently remove your profile, food rescue history, saved preferences, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Before You Request Deletion

  • Complete or cancel any active food rescue pickups or deliveries
  • Download any data or records you want to keep
  • Remove any listings you have posted
  • Notify any organizations you coordinate with through ShareTable

RentRight

Deleting your RentRight account will permanently remove your tenant or landlord profile, lease history, payment records, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Before You Request Deletion

  • Resolve any outstanding maintenance requests
  • Settle all pending payments or balances
  • Download copies of lease agreements and payment receipts
  • Notify your landlord or tenants if applicable

CaterOS

Deleting your CaterOS account will permanently remove your event history, client records, menu configurations, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Before You Request Deletion

  • Complete or cancel any upcoming events and catering orders
  • Export your client list, menus, and event records
  • Download invoices and financial records for your own bookkeeping
  • Inform any team members who share access to your account

How Deletion Works

To request account deletion, follow these steps:

  • Send a request: Email account-deletion@xenosoftsolutions.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the app name (ShareTable, RentRight, or CaterOS) and your username or registered email.
  • Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. You may be asked to confirm your request via a follow-up email.
  • Processing: Once verified, we will begin processing your deletion request.

Timeline

  • We will respond to your request within a few business days
  • Access to your account stops right away once deletion is confirmed
  • Full removal of your data from our systems may take additional time to complete
  • Certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel a deletion request?

If your account has not yet been fully deleted, you may be able to cancel the request by emailing us as soon as possible. Once deletion is complete, it cannot be reversed.

What about open activity on my account?

We strongly recommend completing or canceling any open activity - such as active food rescues, pending payments, or upcoming events - before requesting deletion. Open activity may delay the deletion process.

Will I get a confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been fully removed.
