Account deletion

ShareTable, RentRight, and CaterOS. Permanently remove your account and associated data. This cannot be undone once completed.

ShareTable

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Food rescue history, preferences, profile data, and related records will be removed according to our retention and legal obligations.

Before you request deletion

  • Save any information you need from the app.
  • Close or cancel active pickups and commitments so other users are not left waiting.
  • Use the email address tied to your ShareTable account when you contact us (helps verify it is you).
  • Use subject line "ShareTable account deletion" in your email.

RentRight

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Rent records, maintenance notes, messages, profile data, and related records will be removed according to our retention and legal obligations.

Before you request deletion

  • Export or save any rent history, receipts, or records you may need later.
  • Resolve or document open disputes if you need them for legal or tax reasons before data is removed.
  • Use the email address tied to your RentRight account when you contact us.
  • Use subject line "RentRight account deletion" in your email.

CaterOS

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Events, menus, client and staff-related data you stored in the app, invoices, and related records will be removed according to our retention and legal obligations.

Before you request deletion

  • Export menus, invoices, or client lists you still need for operations or accounting.
  • Finish or hand off active events and production work where others depend on your account.
  • Use the email address tied to your CaterOS account when you contact us.
  • Use subject line "CaterOS account deletion" in your email.

How deletion works

Send all account deletion requests to: account-deletion@xenosoftsolutions.com

Include your app name (ShareTable, RentRight, or CaterOS) in the subject line as shown in each section above.

  1. Request by email. Send to account-deletion@xenosoftsolutions.com from your registered email when possible, with the correct subject line for your app.
  2. Verification. We confirm you own the account (for example by replying from the registered email or other steps we agree on).
  3. Processing. We deactivate access, then delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal retention. See also our data deletion and privacy policy pages.

Typical timeline

  • We aim to respond within a few business days.
  • After final confirmation, access stops right away; full removal from active systems and backup cycles may take additional time.

Questions

Can I cancel after I ask to delete?
Yes, until we send final confirmation that the account is deleted. After that, the action is not reversible.
What if I have open activity in the app?
We may ask you to finish or cancel open work first (for example food rescues on ShareTable, rent or maintenance threads on RentRight, or active events on CaterOS) so other people are not left waiting.
Will I get confirmation?
We email you when the request is received and when deletion is complete (or if we need more information).
