Common questions

How do I create a new event?

Open CaterOS, tap the + button in the Events tab, enter the event details (date, venue, guest count, client). You can attach menus, assign staff, and generate a BEO from the same screen.

My menu items are not syncing across events

Make sure you have an active internet connection and the app is up to date. Pull down on the Menu screen to force a refresh. If items still do not appear, email us with your tenant ID (Settings → Account).

How do I add staff members?

Go to Settings → Team → Invite. Enter the staff member's email. They will receive an invite link to download the app and join your tenant.

Can I use CaterOS on both my phone and a computer?

Yes. Sign in on the web at cateros.xenosoftsolutions.com with the same account. All data syncs in real time between Android and Web.

How do I export an invoice or BEO?

Open the event, tap the share icon, and choose Export PDF. The file will save to your device or email depending on your choice.

How do I delete my account?

The fastest way is in-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If you have uninstalled, use our self-serve form at xenosoftsolutions.com/data-deletion?app=cateros — pick the app, tick the confirmation, submit. All personal data removed within 7 business days (CSAE / GDPR compliant).
