1. Software and Mobile Apps
ShareTable
ShareTable is a free application. There are no purchases to refund. You may uninstall the app at any time from your device. If you wish to have your data removed, please visit our Data Deletion page for instructions.
Other XenoSoft Apps
For paid apps or in-app purchases, refund requests are handled through the platform where the purchase was made (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Please refer to the respective platform's refund policy for details.
2. Business Automation Services
We stand behind the quality of our consulting and automation services with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund
- The guarantee applies to the service fees paid - not third-party costs or tools
- You must provide specific feedback about why the deliverables did not meet expectations
- We reserve the right to attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund
3. Custom Development
Custom development projects are billed on a milestone basis. Refund terms for custom work are as follows:
- Payments are tied to specific milestones and deliverables outlined in the project agreement
- Partial refunds are available for milestones that have not yet been delivered
- Completed and accepted milestones are not eligible for refund
- The client retains ownership of all code and deliverables produced, even if the project is cancelled
- Disputes over milestone acceptance will be resolved through the process outlined in your project agreement
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for any XenoSoft service:
- Contact us at hello@xenosoftsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your name, the service or project in question, and the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Consultation fees: Fees for discovery calls, strategy sessions, and paid consultations
- Third-party costs: Expenses incurred for third-party tools, licenses, hosting, or services purchased on your behalf
- Completed and accepted work: Deliverables that have been reviewed, approved, and accepted by the client
- Completed training: Training sessions and workshops that have already been delivered
6. Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving issues through direct and honest communication. If you have a concern about billing or services:
- Contact us first - most issues can be resolved quickly through a conversation
- We will work with you to find a fair resolution
- If we cannot reach an agreement, we are open to third-party mediation
- Any formal disputes are subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service
